As a C&T Sales Consultant you’ll work with qualified prospects and focus on what matters most: educating customers, designing the right siding and window solutions, and delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

POSITION SUMMARY/JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Demonstrates initiative and commitment to company growth and results to ensure long term success
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid logic/reasoning to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers
- Maintain an organized approach to territory, with ongoing status knowledge of current customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Communicate effectively to Sales Director/Management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

- Experience with CRM programs
- BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience
